This Privacy Policy explains how Enumly ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website and software.
By using Enumly, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Enumly, we may collect:
- Your name and email address.
- Account login information.
- Programme names and programme content you create.
- Client names or identifiers that you choose to add.
- Technical information such as browser type, IP address and device information.
- Usage information to help us improve the platform.
How we use your information
- Provide and maintain the Enumly platform.
- Create and manage your account.
- Store your personalised client programmes.
- Allow you to share programmes with your clients.
- Respond to support requests.
- Improve the reliability, security and performance of the service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Client programmes
Any programmes you create remain private to your account unless you intentionally share them with a client.
Clients only have access to the programmes you choose to share with them.
Enumly does not make your client programmes publicly searchable.
Third-party services
We may use trusted third-party providers to operate and improve Enumly, including:
- Google Analytics for website analytics.
- Stripe for secure payment processing.
- Cloud hosting providers for infrastructure.
- YouTube, Vimeo and Rumble for externally hosted video content.
- Google for optional Google sign-in.
- OpenAI when a creator requests optional AI assistance.
These providers have their own privacy policies and process information only as necessary to provide their services.
Client links and optional AI
Client programmes are not public listings. Their unique links provide access without a client account. Anyone who receives a forwarded link may access that programme. Creators can regenerate access links; changing a client email also revokes that client's previous programme links.
Client information can include contact details, programme instructions, private notes, comments and check-in answers. Creators should enter only information necessary for their work.
When a creator requests AI assistance, relevant descriptions, notes, check-in answers and programme context are sent to OpenAI. Explicit name, email and phone fields are omitted from the request, but personal information typed into free text may still be included. Remove unnecessary identifying details before requesting assistance. The application requests that responses are not stored through the API; provider processing and retention are governed by the provider's terms.
AI is optional. Creators can manage programmes and review feedback without it, and should review generated suggestions before using them.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Creators can correct client details in their workspace. For a copy of information, account deletion, or help removing client information, contact contact@enumly.com. We will confirm identity and clarify the records involved before responding. This is a support request process, not an automatic export or deletion feature.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how our website is used.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
